Crum Lynne, Pennsylvania 19022Your letter of October 8th does not satisfy me, and my dispute with you is unresolved.
I obtained a TransUnion Credit Profile of me (File Identification Number ["TU File b"]) from www.transunioncs.com. The date of that report is November 18, 2002. It states that the DISCOVER FIN account was “30 days late” in March, 1999.
I obtained your TransUnion Personal Credit Report & Score of me (File Number ["TU File c"]) from www.tuscores.com. The date of that report is the same as the TransUnion Credit Profile: November 18, 2002. The TransUnion Personal Credit Report & Score does not state that the DISCOVER FIN account was 30 days late in March, 1999.
Describe your remedy for your violation of the Fair Credt Reporting Act which states that, upon request, you are to disclose all information in a consumer's file at the time of the request. You gave others information that you hid from me, and to obtain it, I had to pay more than the $9.00 prescribed by the U.S. Congress to obtain all information in my file.
You did not answer this question from my last letter: What is your supervisor’s name and mailing address? Answer that question. My dispute with you, on your level, is unresolved: My credit reports are still incomplete.
