Over a year ago, I mailed my first letter to you about your inquiries into my credit file.

On July 2, 2002, I explained to you that your inquiries of January 23rd and 24th, 2001 appear in the section of the credit file called the Regular Inquiry Section. Your inquiries of those dates do not appear in the subsequent section named Account Review Section of the same report.

To reiterate, YOUR INQUIRIES OF JANUARY 23 AND 24, 2001 ARE IN THE REGULAR INQUIRY SECTION, NOT THE ACCOUNT REVIEW SECTION.

I also explained that my credit score Factor Description states, “TOO MANY INQUIRIES.” The description states, further, “EXCESSIVE INQUIRIES ON THE CREDIT REPORT HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE,” and, “LIMITING THE NUMBER OF CREDIT APPLICATIONS YOU COMPLETE MAY IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE.”

Your inquiries of other dates appear in the Account Review Inquiry Section.

On October 21, you wrote, “All the credit bureau inquiries, other that [sic] the one in April, 1996, made to your credit bureau file by Discover Financial Services, Inc., were of the type not viewable by other creditors.”

That statement is not true. The report indicates that your inquiries of January 23rd and 24th, 2001 appear on credit reports. The section in which they appear states,

THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CREDIT REPORT. THEIR INQUIRIES REMAIN ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT FOR TWO YEARS.
Stop wasting paper and my time by sending needless, superfluous, irrelevant documents like the Cardmember Agreement and my original application. You are repeating yourself.

You have not answered these questions:

What is your supervisor’s name, title and mailing address?

What is the person’s name who gave you training regarding the type of inquiry to make for account reviews?

Answer the questions. Do you refuse to allow me to speak to your supervisor?
